Brilliant customer service! I placed an order Friday 16/11 rang the store to confirm and arrived Monday 19/11. Was too small so sent back Same day and rang store to confirm alternative size was in stock which I fortunately wasnt till later in the week however to my surprise the following day Tuesday 20/11 I received confirmation DPD would deliver my item Wednesday (today) 21/11 and it arrived as planned.
